Our Story
We are a small, family-owned business located in Central Alberta with local, provincial, and national customers. We started our company in the spring of 2024 after 39 years in the oil and gas industry, the last 20 of which were spent in equipment and pump repair.
After seeing so much waste in the industry, we were compelled to find a way to reduce the amount of waste and reuse our worn-out products as much as possible. After years of searching, we found a solution in Ceramiweld. The pump housings we repaired and coated cost less than buying a new pump, and they lasted just as long or longer in service, with the ability to be recoated and reused multiple times. Knowing how well this product worked for us, we looked for the opportunity to start Aggressive Wear Solutions Inc. and help other companies reduce their maintenance costs and reuse their existing equipment for longer periods, thereby reducing waste.
